Abstract

Social media has emerged as a powerful marketing tool that reshapes how brands build and sustain relationships with consumers. With increasing digital engagement, brand loyalty is no longer driven solely by product quality or pricing but is strongly influenced by emotional connection, responsiveness, and interactive communication facilitated through social media platforms. This study examines the impact of social media marketing practices on consumer brand loyalty, focusing on factors such as brand engagement, influencer promotions, interactive campaigns, customer responsiveness, and user-generated content. A quantitative descriptive research design was adopted, and primary data were collected from 350 active social media users across different age groups using a structured questionnaire based on a five-point Likert scale. The data were analyzed using percentage analysis, mean scores, and standard deviation. The findings reveal that timely responses to customer queries, engaging content, influencer marketing, and interactive campaigns significantly enhance trust, emotional attachment, and loyalty toward brands. Among these factors, quick brand responsiveness and interactive social media activities were identified as the strongest drivers of customer loyalty. The study concludes that strategically executed social media marketing initiatives play a crucial role in strengthening brand-consumer relationships and fostering long-term brand loyalty in the digital marketplace.
