Abstract

Financial Technology (FinTech) has emerged as a transformative force in the global banking industry, reshaping how financial services are designed, delivered, and consumed. By leveraging digital innovations such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, big data analytics, cloud computing, and mobile platforms, FinTech enhances operational efficiency, customer experience, and financial inclusion. This paper examines the role of FinTech in modern banking, focusing on key technologies, applications, benefits, and challenges. Using a descriptive and analytical approach, the study highlights how FinTech-driven solutions are redefining traditional banking functions such as payments, lending, risk management, and customer service. The paper concludes that while FinTech offers substantial opportunities for innovation and competitiveness, banks must address regulatory, security, and ethical concerns to ensure sustainable adoption.
