Employee Experience Management (EXM) has emerged as a strategic priority for organizations seeking to improve employee engagement, productivity, retention, and organizational performance in the digital era. The rapid adoption of digital technologies, Artificial Intelligence (AI), cloudbased Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS), people analytics, collaboration platforms, and hybrid work models has fundamentally transformed how employees interact with organizations throughout the employee lifecycle. Digital employee experience integrates technology, workplace culture, leadership, learning, well-being, and employee engagement to create a seamless and personalized work environment. This review examines recent developments in employee experience management by analyzing digital HR technologies, AI-powered employee engagement platforms, people analytics, digital workplace transformation, and employee well-being initiatives. The study further explores opportunities, implementation challenges, ethical considerations, and future research directions associated with digital employee experience. The findings indicate that organizations implementing employee-centric digital strategies achieve higher employee satisfaction, improved organizational commitment, enhanced productivity, and reduced turnover intentions. However, challenges related to data privacy, digital fatigue, cybersecurity, algorithmic bias, and technology adoption remain significant. Future research should emphasize explainable AI, intelligent employee analytics, sustainable digital workplaces, and human-centered digital transformation to improve employee experience and long-term organizational competitiveness.
